Miss Cleo
I stayed here for almost a week and had an overall good experience. The room I stayed in was clean. They serve free breakfast, with a variety of warm and quick food such as oatmeal, yogurt, omelettes and fruit. Most of the staff that I encountered were friendly as well. I like that the location is close to the inner harbor. They also offer a shuttle bus that charges about $20 to drop you off at the airport.

Customer service was friendly and helpful. Arrived early, was able to get a room however the room need an update and cleaning was poor. Hence it didn't have a tub. We were given another room which was much better. Breakfast was good and the bed/pillows was comfortable. Housekeeping could be better. Fitness center had broken equipments, also wrong time on the clock. Homeless people in the area.

The walls are thin. Spent most of the night listening to the neighbors television. But the location is good and the rooms are clean.

The rooms are spacious and clean along with great prices. But above all the staff is amazing. The male manager (not sure his name) is very friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us during our stay. Thank you Sleep In!

We kept getting locked out of our room and had to get new keys 7 times. The hotel was clean, but what I mentioned above made our experience bad. Even though the hotel was clean and within a couple miles of the business district, it wasn't in the best area. It was actually right next door to a park full of homeless people. Although, I feel for those people, that isn't what I preferred for my kids to see when we are on a vacation.
